Hard to ignore the storms that lots of people are experiencing....my thoughts today turn to simple words of encouragement a friend reminded me of this week and that originate with Dory, a sweet little (I think menopausal) fish who was an all-out encourager:
"Just keep swimming, just keep swimming."
